Successful Fundraiser #2 December 11, 2007

We pulled off another terrific fundraiser with our improv show on November 30.  We had a great crowd of about 50 people who came to see The Portable Reality Show perform in Kingston.

The North Kitsap Herald gave us a tremendous help with a feature article in the previous Wednesday’s paper.  (I couldn’t link to it, but I’ve added it to the end of this post.)

We raised $615 at the show.  Combined with the angel donor’s matching pledge of $500, we made a grand total of $1115!!

 It was a ton of fun & really interesting to bring two of our ‘worlds’ together.  If you are interested in improv, The Portable Reality Show performs regularly at the Jewel Box Theater in Poulsbo.  Our next show is December 15.  You can find more information here or here.

IMPROV COMEDY in Kingston!  The Portable Reality Show is doing a one-time only Kingston show to help us raise funds.

Tickets are just $10.  Pre-order or pay at the door.  However…if you pre-pay for 5 tickets, you get 2 extra tickets FREE.  Could be great ‘thank yous’ or employee bonuses or just you & a bunch of your friends getting together to laugh!

GUESS WHAT?  We have an angel donor for this event!  Someone has come forward and agreed to match funds up to $500!  WOW!!  You can help be a part of raising the funds for this dental trip to Africa…and you can laugh a lot in the process!
